    Friedman nails it again.  Muslims go bonkers over the Prophet Muhammad being depicted in cartoon images two years ago. Yet, when radical Muslims kill hundreds in the city of Mumbai, no angry protests anywhere.  It’s happened countless times in the last decade.  Where’s the outrage?
