    The Scannapieco Family and friends toasting brother Mike during their annual reunion. The ‘Pieco’s are some of my oldest friends. Chris, Max and I have been tight since we were 8 years old. Michael Scannapieco, one of the kindest people I’ve ever known, lost his long bout with cancer this year and we miss him terribly. Mike’s credo: “Live, love, laugh.” Great words to live by.

      Bubba! You’re the best . . . Family and friends are what’s most important and you definitely our friend for life . . . Keep those dogs cooking and make sure the rolls are fresh . . . you never know when I’ll get a hankering for a Bubba Dog!
